| It has been brought to our attention that several of our competitors have been removing cartridges, document feeders, and paper drawers that come standard on various machines. They lower the price of the machine only to charge you for items that these machines come standard with. They are also raising their shipping fees to make up the price difference from cost.
When you are shopping for the best price, make sure you get a quote in writing. See if they will ship the machine without a toner and ask to use your own UPS or FedEx account number. Any reputable company will alow either of these.

Here are a few examples of what to look for.
1) Lower price than anyone else, but you are required to purchase the warranty, toner, drum, etc.
2) Have a shopping cart but when you add the item you are looking for it tells you to call in because you must purchase REQUIRED items needed to make the machine work.
3) Force you to purchase a warranty. (We have a 1 year warranty NO CHARGE)
