1) In order to obtain service, the "Request for Service" form listed above must be filled out in its entirety.
2) BusinessNeedz will provide on-site service calls to maintain your equipment in proper working order within the guidelines of the manufacturer specifications. All warranty repairs will be made during normal working hors (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday thru Friday).
3) This warranty will cover all parts determined to be defective due to normal wear and team as noted within the document herein. The extended warranty does not cover toner, developer, drum, imaging unit, or fuser unit.
4) This extended warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, accidental damage, or acts of God. ie. we will not cover coffee spills, improper removal of paper jams, flooding, or power spikes due to lightening.
5) Warranty repair may be delayed for past due invoices, acts of God, accidents, strikes, or backordered parts.
6) BusinessNeedz reserves the right to cancel the extended warranty in the event that damages to the main board, laser assembly unit, L.E.D, printer gears and rollers, fuser unit, or any other malfunction that can be caused by the use of generic or remanufactured toner or drum cartridges.
7) We reserve the right to cancel the extended warranty if the consumables used in the above equipment are not purchased from BusinessNeedz.com. We will match or beat any of your current prices.
8) All service calls beyond a 40 mile radius are subject to a $35.00 travelling charge due to the increase in gas prices. Please call us at 866-530-8502 see if you qualify for this charge before purchasing the extended warranty.
9) The extended warranty pricing on our website is for the lower 48 US states. While we can usually offer the same pricing for Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, please call us at 866-530-8502 to verify.
10) The extended warranty will begin after the existing manufacturers warranty has expired.
11) BusinessNeedz.com requires that a valid credit card be on file when purchasing an extended warranty. You credit card will only be billed in the event that the factory trained technician that serviced your machine deemed that the malfunction was not covered by one or more of the above mentioned terms.
